Quality Guarantee All of our products are hand crafted and made to order. Our crayon letters are approximately 1 1/2 -2 inches tall. Your order will be packaged securely so that it arrives in the mail safely. Every once in a while, a package is damaged in shipment. If this should happen to your order please contact us and we will replace your order as soon as possible.
Please note that due to limited space in the jewelry boxes, any name over 8 letters will be placed in a larger 5.5" x 4" or 5" x 7" box with the name split up between two rows vs one. We do our best to fit everything in the standard two sizes of jewelry boxes, but want to ensure safe shipping and prevent letters from breaking (especially names with letters M,W,N, which are wider).
